Sushi
Sushi is a typical Japanese dish made of seafood, rice, vegetables and dressings. Some recipes include raw fish and raw another seafoods, but there are recipes where that food is fried and there is no problem with it. The main sushi ingredient is rice, because it is a type of especial rice called short grain rice that after cooking has a sticky texture characteristic of this dish.
It is prepared in small portions and is rolling in seaweed leaves called "Nari".
