Lechona
Lechona is a typical food of Tolima, is a traditional dish made of pork. With an entire pig, people take off the blood and make a type of washing and cleaning, then is filled with shredded meat spices, seasoning and pea. After of this filling the skin is sewn with needle and thread, and is put inside an oven for 12 hours. Lechona is inside the top of the best pork dishes of the world.
