Chronos

Chronos is an greek mythology character, he is a Titan, son of Uranus and Gea. His history is one of the most famous. 

When Uranus had his children, he was so jealous of them, then he hid them. But Gea wasn't agree about that treatment and started thinking on a plan to save them, Chronos was the most interested guy on it and decided help his mother because he had envy by his father powers.

When Chronos saw Uranus hinting at another woman cut off Uranus genitals with a sickle and took revenge. Due to the above, Chronos became in the first king of the world, king of everything, very mistrustfull.

Chronos got married with his sister Rea and they had six children, Hestia, Démeter, Hera, Hades, Poseidon and Zeus. He was so paranoid about his children because his parents warned him that their own children probably will turn against him, as he did with Uranus. So he started to eating his newborn children to avoid a revenge.

With an entire pig, people take off the blood and make a type of washing and cleaning, then is filled with shredded meat spices, seasoning and pea. After of this filling the skin is sewn with needle and thread, and is put inside an oven for 12 hours.
